I can’t say enough good things about our in-home dog groomer! After witnessing our senior dog waiting in a cage at a big box groomer, we decided to make a change, and I’m so glad we did. We’ve been using her services for over 15 years now and have brought four different dogs to her.
From the very first appointment, it was clear that she cares deeply for our pets. My dogs absolutely love her, and that speaks volumes. They feel safe and comfortable in her presence, which is so important, especially for our senior pup. The grooming services she provides are nothing short of outstanding. Each session, she takes her time and treats them with love and care, ensuring they look and feel their best.

Sarah has been our dog groomer for many years. She has a gentle yet firm manner that puts our mid-sized “ tripod ”labradoodle at ease. Sarah cuts inside or on our back patio depending on the time of the year, shampoos her, does her claws and always cleans up after herself. It is a wonderfully comfortable way to groom our Tallulah. We are very fortunate to have discovered Sarah many years ago. We recommend her to anyone, especially those with dogs that are anxious about getting groomed at a pet salon

I can’t thank Sarah enough for grooming three beautiful dogs with three different fur types for over 15 years! After Sarah’s visits, Keller, Marley and Magoo seemed rejuvenated, happy and beautiful. We have used Sarah for grooming for years. My previous dog Mayzie was absolutely terrified of going to a groomer but she loved Sarah. She would watch herself get groomed in the mirror and admire herself! My new puppy Georgie is a little spunky girl but Sarah does an awesome job with her too & Georgie gives her kisses. Their cuts always looked adorable and were the perfect lengths! She also trims nails. The biggest bonus is she comes to us so the dogs aren’t kenneled somewhere wanting their turn. I work from home so I can keep working while pup is getting groomed. We love Sarah!

I met Sarah through a vet referral after adopting my first Shih Tzu Pepper in 2010. I was impressed with Sarah’s grooming skills and how she connects deeply with the dogs in her care. While Sarah was working within a shop I was amazed how the dogs around her were calm and relaxed in the space she provided. Sarah was Pepper’s groomer until the end, and after losing my dear dog I drove to Sarah’s shop to inform her. She stopped working, listened and shared some tears with me. Sarah knew Pepper and her personality as if she owned her too.
After adopting my second Shih Tzu Marty I initially connected with a groomer at local pet store. I learned from the groomers that Marty was difficult and aggressive with grooming. The shop informed me to obtain meds to sedate my dog prior to grooming and that there would be extra fees moving forward due to his behaviors. After receiving this news I messaged Sarah to see if she would accept Marty as a new client? Without hesitation, she did!
Sarah has been grooming Marty from my home and has worked towards making him more comfortable with the process and without sedating medication. Marty isn’t perfect but Sarah allows him space when needed and never rushes the process. Marty does not seem as sheepish when she arrives and he isn’t going for her ankles anymore. Though Marty’s trust is low while in the moment of grooming, when finished he’ll wait patiently with a wagging tail awaiting treats from Sarah.
I am eternally grateful she has taken in Marty and I cannot recommend Sarah enough. If your dog is anxious, old, or behavioral Sarah is the groomer for you. Also, Sarah and I have GREAT conversations in the process which is a bonus.
